Return Policy and Procedures

We've tried to make returning your order easy.

If you need to return something, please call 1-877-877-5982 (toll-free) or e-mail us at before sending the unit back. We will send you a priority mail address label and postage for returning the unit to us. If you don't have the original shipping box, you can pick up the smaller boxes for Priority Mail at a U.S. Post Office.

If you are in a hurry and cannot wait for the postage and mailing label, go ahead and mail it back to us and we will send you a check for the postage.

As soon as we receive the unit, we will return your money (by check if you paid by check, or we will credit your charge card).

Satisfaction Guaranteed: Woodwitch earring, necklace, accessory and key chain holders are designed to last a lifetime and we think they are an excellent value made with quality materials and skilled workmanship. But if for any reason you are not satisfied, please let us know. We will gladly replace any unit or refund your money, including the original shipping fees as well as the cost of postage to return the item.
